Tom draws on over 30 years of experience of successful delivery advisory and assurance services to the public sector and private organisations, with a strong background in the Health, Utilities and Defence domains. Tom is motivated by the people he works with, as "together we seek to unlock improved social and economic policy outcomes for Australians".​

Simon leads Aclivity’s Defence Team, providing guidance and capability that has cemented him as an expert deliverer of Defence specific projects. His aim is to build capacity in his Team and his partner organisations, adding value in addition to the traditional outcomes of a client engagement.
